The team size doubled, and revenue increased 3 times to around 200M RMB during this period.


• Helped a local social digital marketing agency to split off a BU and set up an independent company for the business team. Provide financial, HR, operational support to this startup company.


• Helped a French engineering outsourcing and innovation consulting company to restructure its finance team of around 20 people for 4 legal entities (including holding company, WOFE, and JV) in Shanghai and Beijing, and manage the post merger integration for two JVs, and assist CEO to execute cost reduction plan.


• Helped an auto parts manufacturer to restructure its finance team of 14 people in 3 manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Yantai, and build up the budget and reporting system, and assist the CEO to work out strategic business plan and conduct the M&A deal, to make the original shareholders to cash out successfully.
